I'm loving this new line of goodies for a super fun and awesome baby shower! I've managed to have some time off despite the hectic summer to work on a few new items such as a little man banner, mustache cupcake toppers, centerpiece that can be used as a photo prop too and a sweet little man diaper cake among a simple inspiration of books and libraries! As many of you know Jorge and I are always surrounded by books and what better inspiration than a book theme mustache bash! I love the idea of combining a sort of new hipster look to a vintage environment such as a library for the perfect handsome and smart little man to come! This theme goes to all the young librarians and moms to be! I think the shoot was a success and again many thanks to Ayumi for being the woman behind the magical photos! Check out the eye candy!

Under construction!
Not only the many remodeling projects still going on at our condo but definitely the inspiration behind my new party line of party decor. Tools are everywhere at our home due sweetie's love for DIY remodeling. I don't mind his hobby at all and I'm extremely proud of his work - Jorge really dives into doing whatever it is, whether it be wiring, painting, building bed frames or staining wood floors! He is truly working hard to give me the condo of my dreams and everyday I'm impressed by his passion and willingness to improve our home. So thanks sweetie for all that you do and along the way for inspiring me in my creative work! I didn't have to look very far to find the perfect props for my photo shoot such as peg boards, wood, toolbox and even diamond plating! The little construction hats made everything perfect of a cute 4 year old. I created a diamond sign Happy Birthday banner with dump trucks as accents, cupcake toppers of signs of construction trucks or little trucks themselves, a cake topper and sweetie's favorite - handy tools as favor tags :) All now available over at my Etsy shop.

May Madness!
Really sorry to have been away from my blog for so long. My life has
been super busy and at many times difficult but whenever there's a death
in our family it can really take me on a major roller coaster. I'm glad
to say I feel a lot more energized and especially having my business
blooming the way it is right now makes me feel truly blessed and frankly
has kept me immensely occupied. I look forward to the summer months
spending lots of time with my family and friends. I have been working on
some new party lines that I'm just not quite ready to shoot yet (still
looking for the right props!) but as soon as I shoot I'll be sure to
share them on my blog and of course they'll be available on my etsy shop. Since the weather has been so amazing these past couple of weeks I want to share a new "nautical baby shower" theme because I think it would be perfect for a May or June shower by the lake or beach! I created an It's a Boy banner
to go along with the sailboat and anchor decorations using designer
cardstock. A party cannot be complete without cupcakes and cake of
course so I made sailboat, anchor and helm cupcake toppers to match the theme. Also just for fun and to tie it all together I created little blue whales
that I can't get enough of how adorable they look!
